Since NGS is working on a correction, we need to wait until they have it fixed. They have not given a date as to when they think that will be.

So just got one of these today so thanks for the info.

Anther provider had our current client back in 2020 so over a year ago but status says “30”

Do I do anything with this now? Do I wait for fix? Do I submit with “47”? Does it help to contact other provider to ask them to revise their claim?

How are you handling?
