My experience is the admission hour needs to be blank in order for it to process.

Not that error but 2 of my UCare payer claims are getting denied because they have invalid admission hour on them and that doesn’t make any sense either.
Have had that admission diagnosis error in past with other payers-they do not seem to like having admission diagnosis on home care claims.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with UCARE claims after January 1 in regards to admission diagnosis codes being included on UB 04 claims?
We have always had them included on our claims and are now being told they should not be due to homecare not being inpatient?
Curious if anyone else is experiencing this?
