We bill work comp on occasion. I have found it all depends on the Work Comp Insurance. They each have their own fee schedule, some companies we have had to sign an agreement with. I do not think it is necessarily unusual for them to have different codes to bill as well. Some work comp companies are better than others, that is for sure.

Anyone familiar with billing work comp? Or where I would find the fee schedule for home care? I found the medical fee schedule and billing HCPCS codes, but they are giving me the codes I would normally expect at a rehab facility, not home care.
