For our clearinghouse, I did find where I could put in the demonstration project identifier and entered a 1 and submitted. I just checked in Availity on the status of those NOA’s and they are showing pending – accepted for processing. Those were submitted Monday, so hopefully next week I can see if this actually worked.

However, we did have a claim that was already submitted for January dates and that claim denied because no RAP was submitted. I’m hoping that once the NOA goes through and I resubmit the claim that it will work, but a little nervous that they haven’t updated their terminology.

Yes, I’ve been getting this as well. I contacted Availity about it, they said it was an issue with the payer and opened a ticket with them but I haven’t heard anything since. Frustrating.

Hello,

I have electronic NOAs (TOB 32A) rejecting by BCBS MN Amerigroup

- Demonstration project identifier (LOOP 2300, REF) is required where a demonstration project is being billed or reported

I called Amerigroup the representative had no idea what the rejection LOOP 2300 was about.

Is anyone else having this rejection reason?
