Hi,

Just got denials from United HealthCare for claims that span from Dec ending the 30 day period in January.  They stated that a NOA was required for January service even if it’s part of a 30 day period beginning in December.  Anyone else having this issue?  I didn’t even think UHC was requiring NOA’s yet.
