Yes we have for other insurances and we will bill a 76 modifier
I'm not sure that would change anything with Medicare billing a NOA and final claim?

Good afternoon,
I had a question by a nurse that I wanted to check on. We have a patient who is on Medicare and we provided our regularly scheduled Skilled nurse visit. The patient had some trouble with their catheter later in the day so the nurse went back out to troubleshoot. Can both visits be billable? I don't know why it would be an issue since it was something different done on the second visit. Has anyone else had this situation before? Thanks!
