Hello Everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has had success in being paid from UCare with they change to payor ID 55413?  I sent my first claim which  UCare received on 1/12/2022.  When I followed up today I was told claims are taking 30-60 days to process with it actually being closer to the 60 days.

Prior to this I usually received payment within two weeks for most claims.

Hoping someone is seeing payment; not happy to hear it’s going to take so long.
