No, I never knew of this issue. I just looked to see if any came back and I see none of mine have gone out for Blue MSHO. I need to reach out to our billing programmers. They missed a couple other payers this month too.

Marnie, did your rep address the Demonstration Project Identifier rejection issue? My Blue Plus MSHO NOAs are rejecting with this reason. I opened a case with Availity, but they
said it was rejected by the payer and needs to be addressed by them.

Check Availity to see if your claims are pending now. These are two emails I recived from our BCBS Rep on the issue. I just looked in Availity last Friday and I see that my claims are now either pending again since they were denied, or
they have now finalized and paid. I am thinking yours will be like that too.

OK so I still can’t get my MA claims for the blue plus mshos to pay. I am actually going to recommend to our manager we are going to have to discharge these clients or they need a different payer. IDK what else to do cannot get anywhere
with blue plus. So is anyone billing all claim to blue plus msho as pdgm regardless of the codes? T codes should be billed per visit but I am at my wits end.

I am getting same error message. My Blues(Medicare Advantage) went thru ok last week.
This was my first Blues(MSHO) NOA.
Just got off the phone with Blues and they are telling me it is an Availity(I submit electronically thru Availity) issue. So they said I have to contact them.
Do you submit thru Availity also or another clearinghouse?

I have electronic NOAs (TOB 32A) rejecting by BCBS MN Amerigroup
- Demonstration project identifier (LOOP 2300, REF) is required where a demonstration project is being billed or reported
I called Amerigroup the representative had no idea what the rejection LOOP 2300 was about.
Is anyone else having this rejection reason?
