Have been looking around but going to ask the “experts” out there for this:

 

Client insurance coverage for Home Care changed from Medicare on Jan 1, 2022  to UCare( for  us per visit payer). Is  there specific status code I use on final Medicare claim to show that this is being done for change in payer?
