Agreed. What we found is if you are currently sending RAPs for U-Care Medicare Advantage plans, you will have to send NOAs. If you have no clients with Medicare Advantage plans, then you do not need to send them.
Our payer’s group met yesterday and we updated the spreadsheet with what we, collectively have learned, but it is a work in progress as we know this is the time changes happen. Brianna said she’ll be sending that out sometime today.

Pretty sure we had found in the past it depended on contracting per each provider so if you billed visits and not pdgm, then do not send Noa.

I have been out on both Medica and UCare sites and cannot find anything published on this matter. They have never required a RAP nor a No Pay RAP from our facility, so I am hoping that is also the case with the
NOA’s.
