DHS has changed the file naming conventions Here are the formats for X12 Batch. Hope this is helpful.

naming conventions for 5010/D.0
Use the following formats when naming files and submitting X12 Batch or NCPDP HIPAA-compliant transactions to MHCP.
Inbound files (837, 270, 278, 276, N12)
To send inbound files:
·
Limit the name size to 60 characters
·
Use the following preferred file naming format “NPI_TransactionID_CCYYMMDD_TPinfo.dat”
“Transaction ID” may be any of the following:
·
837I, 837P, 837D, 270, 278 or 276 for fee-for-service submissions
·
837IE, 837PE, 837DE or N12 for encounter submissions
“TPinfo” may:
·
Be anything the trading partner chooses to add to further identify the data.
·
Be alphanumeric.
·
Use the underscore special character (_) to separate each name element.
Example of a file following the suggested format above:
0123456789_837P_20110930_mynewtransaction_newclient.dat

That is what I was thinking so I wasn’t too surprised but I just put in a call to the hep desk and they said people are having issues billing with the system update. So, she put in a ticket to the IT support.
So, I suggest if anyone else is having trouble you should call in so that they are aware and can work on it.
