The service agreements should be under the SAL option in the miscellaneous mailbox.

Coworker was having problem yesterday. She deleted cookies, bookmarks, etc and then it worked fine.

That is what I was thinking so I wasn’t too surprised but I just put in a call to the hep desk and they said people are having issues billing with the system update.  So, she put in a ticket to the IT support.  So, I suggest if anyone else is having trouble you should call in so that they are aware and can work on it.
