I do not. I print off everything from my clearinghouse with the submission dates, information out of our billing system, auth’s and send it to them. They do not have a CLAIM ADJUSTMENT FORM and I was told to “make one up” with our agency
information. Some have been paid and some have not. No rhyme or reason. Very frustrating.

Does anyone have experience appealing or getting reconsiderations from Optum for timely filing?
I have a number of claims that were denied for timely filing during the transition period of VA to Optum. I have been trying to collect the needed information to appeal/request reconsideration but I am having an awful time getting the needed info from the VA.
If any of you have any experience I would appreciate any help!!
