No they are denying all of mine also. I feel like its something about the mshos and only processing under the medicare benefit. But idk

I got a bunch this week also.  I haven't started working on them.  I was thinking the county workers hadn't sent in their yearly paperwork and that's why some denied and others didn't.

Good morning,

Wondering if anyone has had any luck resolving their denied BC MSHO MA claims yet? I had a bunch deny for service not being covered under member's plan. I called BC and had these claims all sent back for review the representative had agreed they processed incorrectly and noted the authorization we have. The claim disputes came back with decision upheld. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
