Good morning,
Wondering if anyone has had any luck resolving their denied BC MSHO MA claims yet? I had a bunch deny for service not being covered under member's plan. I called BC and had these claims all sent back for review the representative had agreed they processed incorrectly and noted the authorization we have. The claim disputes came back with decision upheld. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
