Hey gang,

I have a new client that has a BCBS Medicare Advantage Choice Metro plan. This is my first time seeing this plan. Can someone fill me in on how it is billed? Per visit or episodic? Payer ID – 00720 or 00220?  I’m told I need to get auth for PT/OT from Evicore…are they easy to get auth from? I haven’t had to deal with them either!!
