I just have to say - I'm jealous, Karen!  HAHA

I've struggled with Humana so much.  Is it PDGM, is it not PDGM, do you want G codes or regular HCPCS codes - reps don't seem to have the correct information or know for sure either.  I'm sorry - I don't have an answer for you.  I've gotten paid through basically trial and error and thankfully we rarely have Humana patients.

Does anyone have good luck billing Humana. It seems like every time we bill Humana we have to fight to get an auth or payment. Then they turn around and sometimes take the money back later even if you have an auth.
