Hello everyone!
Has anyone had any luck billing and getting successfully paid from a BCBS SecureBlue MSHO plan since 7/1/21 when their RAP submission requirement went into effect?
We will soon be sending Final claims with DOS after 7/1, and I am worried the Final is going to deny as a duplicate against the RAP like it has in the past. I tried calling Provider Services to see how they wanted the Final billed – as a TOB 329, or as a TOB
327 to replace the RAP claim – and I of course was told that they couldn’t tell me how to bill and could only refer me to the CMS Manual.
Or does anyone have contact info for a Provider Advocate with BCBS?
