I have been sending no pay raps since the beginning and so far have not had any problems getting paid for the final.  I almost don't want to put that statement out there in the world in case it jinxes the payment process going forward.

Hello everyone!

 

Has anyone had any luck billing and getting successfully paid from a BCBS SecureBlue MSHO plan since 7/1/21 when their RAP submission requirement went into effect?


We will soon be sending Final claims with DOS after 7/1, and I am worried the Final is going to deny as a duplicate against the RAP like it has in the past. I tried calling Provider Services to see how they wanted the Final billed – as a TOB 329, or as a TOB 327 to replace the RAP claim – and I of course was told that they couldn’t tell me how to bill and could only refer me to the CMS Manual.

 

Or does anyone have contact info for a Provider Advocate with BCBS?
