I am not sure---my thought is it is worth a try….maybe send email just asking that general question first before sending any specifics?

Also I have an email of Esther.Sabo@va.gov. She has been very helpful in helping me resolve a lot of old VA issues. Even if she couldn’t help you she could maybe point you in right direction?....

The training was on HSRM—new process for receiving referrals and sending documents to VA.

Nothing on billing other than throwing out that email address.

Are they discussing any other billing issues with OPTUM?  I am having batch files that some of the claims do not get entered in their system but my clearinghouse says that they have been accepted by payer.  So frustrating.  I “chatted” with a representative today who told me to “just resend them”.  Thanks for the email address.

I am receiving multiple denials for a veteran who we have had on service for a very long time. Denial reason is "Admission date of service is greater than 10 years ago"
