I am working on setting up claims for our Catered Living Program to bill through Assurance. I am getting errors on the claim in assurance for the UMPI number not being in the correct format. Is there anyone who bills customized living tools for a facility with
an UMPI number on a 1500 claim form? If so, which box number do you bill the UMPI number on? I just want to make sure we have this correct to prevent any denials with this transition to assurance. Thanks!
