Good Morning,

What are people doing when the patient has Blue Cross Commercial insurance  through their work place and then Medicare Secondary.  I know we have to send a Rap to Medicare, but do you bill their commercial insurance monthly or do you bill them the 30 day episodes that we will be billing Medicare?

I have CareFacts for our billing system if anybody else uses that and has had this happen.  I have sent up Blue Cross and Medicare for the payors in CareFacts.

Thanks for your help, I have tried looking for notes, but have been unsuccessful.
