We haven’t received any from Medica to date. We don’t have too many Humana pts, but every Humana pt we had in April had a medical record request. We’ve gotten them sporadically from Humana before on a post-payment basis, but the ones from April were pre-payment. May’s Humana pts so far have been paid without med rec requests. Not sure what’s going on -- ??
