Subject: [EXTERNAL] medicare outlier payments
 

I have ongoing issues with my outliers not being paid by medicare. Does anyone have any idea if maybe I need to be having a value code on my claim or something? My software is so old it doesnโ€™t add all the key occurrence and value codes so I really am not sure.
