I bill them as RAP and final claims. I have been sending RAPs. They have been denying but then pay on final claim.

 

In July RAPS will need to be sent but I have just been sending since January.

Hello!

 

Looking for some help.  We have our first BCBS Medicare/Medicare dual solutions plan medicare episode.  Member ID starts with JTM; not sure if that’s a factor in how to file claims.

 

Can anyone tell me how you are billing these? 

Does it require RAP/Final?

If not what Revenue/Bill codes are you using?
