Connex April! It show advantage plan if any, previous home care admission along with the npi number of provider so you can see who it is if they show another agency, it shows everything you need.

Good afternoon,

I am wondering what everyone's process is for checking Medicare eligibility when a patient is admitted. Where do you find if there is another home health agency? Do you call the IVR on every patient? Is there a more computer based approach other than NGS Connex? Thanks!
