Maybe your contracting might have a contact for this. I have no idea how to figure that out. The biggest problem is BCBS is too big and has too many different companies from so many different states.

Does anybody have any information if Blues(PDGM) is following the LUPA changes from 2020? That is where the number of LUPA visits are based on individual case not the standard 4 or less visits.

 

Or does anyone have a Blues contact they are willing to share?
