It’s complicated and stupid. The choices you have to choose from don’t make sense and ONLY the administrator for the account can make the request.  Ours was the CFO and I got her permission to do it but the confirmation goes to her email and she had to forward it to me once it was approved. I can walk you through it but I don’t remember all the steps off the top of my head. I had to get my userid reinstated a few months ago because I didn’t use DDE for 60 days and it is basically the same process as getting a new userid.

Anyone where to go to request to add a user to the our FISS DDE system?

 

I called the EDI helpdesk and they told me to go to ngsmedicare.com and search Part A logon form. I did this and am not coming up with the correct form link. Any help would be great!
