I called Medicare and these are for underpayments made initially in January. Now I’m starting to get the adjustments with the actual names of the clients. Eventually, they should balance out.

I have 2 Medicare remits with provider level adjustment description of an early payment allowance on them with reason code 90. These are extra payments and I have no idea what this is for. Does anyone know?
