This is with Axxess RCM clearinghouse. It gives me errors or warnings when trying to submit claims if something is wrong before submitting to the payer.

Which bill type do you typically use for your first claim with a new patient with managed care? According to this sheet I have it looks like it would be a 322? However I am getting a warning with this type.
