What kind of warning?  What software are you using?  I would be using a 322 on a MC ADV that was new to us and it was a PGDM claim.

Which bill type do you typically use for your first claim with a new patient with managed care? According to this sheet I have it looks like it would be a 322? However I am getting a warning with this type.
