I was looking for the BCBS modifier and they said we could bill 2 in the same day for a client. I have it written down in my office, which I am not at currently until around 10:30. So if you don't get an answer by then, I'll send it when I get in!

But yes on the 76 modifier for UCare

We don't do HealthPartners so not sure on that one

I think UCare says to use modifier 76, but if someone could clarify/second me on that, I'd appreciate it.
