Does anyone know if HealthPartners has a modifier that will allow you to bill for 2 nursing visits made on the same day? One was planned, the second was a prn for port issues.

I think UCare says to use modifier 76, but if someone could clarify/second me on that, I'd appreciate it.

And while we're at it, what about BCBS?

This doesn't happen very often for us, thankfully!
