Attached is a Non-routine supply list that was published in 2019, if you are looking for something with more detail.
As far as the Rev Code goes, I don’t think you need to worry too much about which one to use, use your best judgement.

Is there a guide somewhere to identify which are general supplies billed with Rev code 0270 versus non-routine wound care supplies 0623?
I am not a nurse but I gather that items such as gauze and 4x4s and tape would be on the routine side and other special bandages that have to do with wound vacs and things like alginate, sterile dressings, collagen dressings, hydrocolloid,
hydrogel, etc would be more non-routine?
Do I need to look up each supply one by one in order to see if it is general or non-routine?
