I have 3 that overlapped 2019 into 202 and they won’t pay. I am thankful it isn’t more. But yeah, can’t get anywhere with them,

We know the feeling. We have a ton they won’t pay and that we have in appeals. The wait times haven’t been too bad, but they only let you access 5 claims at a time and then they send you back to the que. Tri-West can’t access the VA auths so we’ve had to re-submit the claims with the VA auth numbers only. Seems to be the only way they pay.

That was what my gut was telling me. I would have thought they would want to avoid long hold times but apparently not.

Website is gone and VA doesn't have access to anything TriWest anymore.  You have to call.  It's fun.  We have lots of outstanding claims that they won't pay.

Does anyone have access to the Triwest website? It no longer pulls up the page. I have been trying in Availity as well under claim status. It will not pull up anything for me. One of the claims I tried we received payment on and it still will not pull it up. Any suggestions? Thanks!
