When you are in Connex, click on the “My Claims” tab, then select the correct PTAN. Under “Claim Menu” choose “Medical Review ADRs” and then click Go.
Then there may been a list under the title “Medical Review Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs).
You can click on the patient name for more information. In the Medical Review ADR Details section, if you choose “Load Letter Text” you should be able to see what they want from you.
The claim number listed will not match your current claim number. You will have to go to the claims area to figure out the date of service, or at least that is what I had to do.
I haven’t seen an ADR for Homecare before so I was rather surprised this morning.
