I reached out to both sides (Adv/Amerigroup) and got a voicemail this morning from Advantage  this morning.  They don’t understand it either.  I have sent information to our contract manager as well.

Amerigroup said the claims should go through which surprised me.

Good Morning,

 

Is anyone having any luck with getting future R2 claims through their Clearinghouse??   We use Availity and they are getting denied there , not even reaching BCBS.

I got a ticket going last week and response from Availity today states claims with future dates are not accepted.
