I have never submitted RAP’s either, but I hate to miss it, if they are making a change to that. I went back to the UCare website and this was a more current Bulletin that I found, for an FYI.

I just got off the phone with UCare and the person I spoke to walked me though their website to find this Bulletin.
So far, the plans that I have note of following the No Payment RAP are now:
Medicare
BCBS Medicare Advantage
UCare Medicare
UCare MSHO (Medicare portion)
Optum
