Tammy,
It will all depend on your authorization. They have bundled and non-bundled authorizations. Bundled are billed with a RAP (322) and a Final (329) every 30 days just like Medicare. Unless you are providing therapy, most of your authorizations
will most likely be Non-Bundled. In that case, you bill per month using bill type 34X. Use G-codes and units. It will say on the second page of your authorization if it is Bundled or Non Bundled. Our SN and HHA are on separate authorizations, so we bill
them separately.
I think our agency does an OASIS on everyone, regardless of their pay source.
I hope that helps,
Marnie

Just want to clarify a couple things… we are just starting to bill Optum
We do an Oasis, but hold from submission?
So do we need to do a transfer and resumption???
Do a RAP every 60 days? And a final 329 at 60 days?
Are the Skilled Nurse, HHA, HMK all on separate claims still?
Or is the Skilled Nurse and HHA together and HMK on it’s own?
I would appreciate any help
