I’m wondering if anyone has seen or heard anything from any of the Medicare Advantage plans about whether or not they are going to implement CMS’s RAP as NOA regulation/penalty?

I just got an update from Security Health that says they are going to implement it for their Medicare Advantage plans, but I’m hoping other plans will not follow suit.
