I experience different payments but sometimes it is contracting. I do see a lot of outliers not being paid by medicare.

Subject: LUPA payments varying

Has anyone else been experiencing lower LUPA payments than the CMS published rates from the Advantage plans?  Only a few dollars here and there but I am trying to determine why?

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
