The Rev Codes that Medicare uses for supplies that I am aware of are:
0270 – Routine Supplies
0623 – Wound Care Supplies.
Maybe try changing it to one of those. And if that does not work, maybe just remove the supplies from the claim since they do not pay for them anyway.

Good morning,
We have a final claim for Humana that denied for revenue code. I am thinking it was the supply line that denied. The software system pulled revenue code 0278. Is this what’s causing the issue? The only other revenue code was 0551 for SN
that we always use and the 0023 revenue code line. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I never get much help when I call Humana. Thank you, happy Friday
