Good afternoon,

I am continuing to have issues with backdated authorizations from Triwest. There was not authorization effective until after the start of care date so the rap denied. Once the final was submitted that denied for not having a processed rap on file. So the full episode is unpaid. I had previously received a contact for Monica and Bart at Triwest from another biller. After months of emails to them and limited responses, Bart finally emailed back that they will not backdate authorizations. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone had any authorizations successfully revised? I do not like to write off services until every single resource is exhausted. Any suggestions or contacts would be very greatly appreciated.
