Same here, we started doing a first of the month insurance eligibility check on everyone as well several months ago now. It has helped a TON!! Even though clinicians are always asking about changes in insurance, they still don't always
tell us, or maybe don't know themselves if they are not their own POA.

Yes. I do an insurance eligibility check on each of our patients at the beginning of each month. I can catch most changes that way, however sometimes the insurance information is not always updated on time.
