I would charge the two visits on one line. You would show 2 units to indicate two visits took place and your charge would be for the total of the two visits.

I have billed for two HHA visits in the same day before, it is not a norm but it has happened. And I once had an authorization to do so for a patient with special needs. What pay source are you billing?
