No, we bill UCare Medicare as primary, so we just use occurrence code 50 with the appropriate assessment date.

Is there anyone who has been able to send UCARE medicare claims through with the new requirements they have? They said to follow pdgm guidelines but I can’t get my claims through. So I am wondering If thye just want the per visits claim
