Hello,

My understanding was that if we were billing Medica MSHO under the Medicare portion, an authorization was not needed for HHA visits. Do any of you obtain a prior authorization for HHA visits when billing under the Medicare portion of Medica MSHO?

Also, have you found the Medica MSHO reimbursement under the Medicare portion to be not so good?
