Telehealth for home care providers is still not reimbursable per CMS. This question is being discussed and we are hoping it will be modified for this crisis period, but as of today it is still not included in the waiver. (note you can
do virtual check-ins, just not bill for them. The HIPAA modification allowing for use of personal smart phone to use an app like Facetime for an audio-video connection is permissible.)
