If you put total in T1030 above then describe the separation at bottom, they will get it.

Do we include the LPN in the RN visits that we are requesting?

For example: if we need 11 SNVs (8 LPN T1031 and 3 RN T1030) would we put 11 next to the T1030 box at the top and then breakout down the RN versus LPN in the info bottom box? Or do I put 3 next to the T1030 and put the additional 8 LPN at the bottom box?
