I had an issue earlier this week. I couldn’t get logged in. They recommended using Google Chrome and my issues were resolved. I tried making many calls and was not even able to leave a message as the message box was full. I did email help-qtso.com and it took at least 12 hours to start getting a response.

We can’t get oasis through in Iques for one of our locations. They are not answering calls or returning e-mails. Is anyone else having this issue and are you holding billing due to this?
