Secure Blue/Blue Plus MSHO is adopting PDGM per their provider bulletin dated 110119. I haven’t seen/heard anything about Triwest or Humana.

Hello,

I don’t know if I missed something, but I have not been able to find or get an answer when I call Humana to see if they will be going to PDGM.  I know they went to the new PDPM for the SNF’s.

I might have missed something.  Has anyone heard a definite answer?
